No Refunds After Generation

Refunds are not provided once the AI analytics suite has been compiled and delivered for a specific file. Our infrastructure incurs immediate non-recoverable costs from upstream API providers the moment your transaction is authorized.

System Failures

If a processing error occurs due to system failure resulting in a missing or completely corrupted transcript that our automated systems cannot recover, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and may provide credit for a manual rendering or alternate resolution.
