freeaudiototext.com operates as a freemium platform. Base transcription is free within daily programmatic limits. The $1.99 fee is a one-time, optional payment for premium add-on insights. There are no hidden recurring subscriptions.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from uploading audio files that contain illegal, highly offensive, or malicious content. Furthermore, users must not abuse the generation infrastructure via automated request floods or scraping.

3. User Data and Files

You retain all rights and ownership to the audio files you upload and the resulting transcripts. We do not claim any ownership over your content. To ensure your privacy, all uploaded media and generated text are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high accuracy using advanced AI models, we do not warrant that the transcription will be 100% accurate, error-free, or suitable for critical or legal purposes. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
